Delivery

Products ordered from our web store will ship within 1-2 days, Monday through Friday. If you request a product that we will install, we will contact you to confirm the time and bring the product. Please note that we only offer installation in the Alicante region.

Return a product

There are several cases in which a user can exercise their right to return a product. The first of these is because it is defective, in which case FRESH WATER's warranty policy would apply. The second is that the specifications of the chosen product do not match its description. Likewise, Spanish legislation includes a trial period of 14 days in which the user can return a product for not meeting their expectations. Note that we cannot refund any installation cost. And the product must be returned in the packaging, in the same state you received it in (as new).

How to make a return?

First register your return request on our website, using our online form. We will confirm the request. Send us the package by the agreed shipping method. You can also take the product you want to return to our office in Albir, Alfaz del Pi.
